Regardless of who you are, you were born with a connection to an infinite source of energy and love.  If you think of your life as a means of gathering experience in order to evolve forward, you can easily see why it is important to return to the point of creation from time to time.  Once you have gained the necessary experience from a lifetime, you simply return to the point of creation, share what you have learned, and then make ready to go back out again.  Interestingly enough, the decision about whether or not your soul will go on existing is entirely between you and your creator.  No other being or energy can interfere with this, regardless of how much they try to fool you into believing otherwise.
